Rocky Kristek – VP of Operations

Keeping baking operations on a pastry roll, Rocky has led the staff in Kansas City to achieve higher efficiency results as well as improving overall service and quality.

Before joining Three Dog Bakery, Rocky served as Plant Manger for Philadelphia Macaroni, leading a team of 75+ employees to achieve record performances in improved productivity, quality and employee morale. Rocky also served in several different progressive roles at American Italian Pasta Company supporting plant operations.

Rocky’s career covers a span of over 23 years in manufacturing and distribution of food products. Companies that Rocky has been associated with include, Tyson (formerly IBP), Welch’s, American Italian Pasta Company and Philadelphia Macaroni (Conte Luna).

Rocky holds a B.S. in Animal Science from Kansas State University. He puts his training to good use when catering to the whims of his Yorkie-Poo/Chihuahua mix, Emma.
